Very good price and good location.
The humid climate made the rooms feel stale and stuffy even with the air conditioner going.
The room was nice, and the staff were very helpful in recommending local restaurants and maps to get other places.
I liked the queen size beds and the hot breakfast offered in the morning.
The only thing I did not like was the elevator was very slow.
I love La Quinta's waffle makers! Plus La Quinta is my favorite inexpensive hotel!
Every thing was fine.
We liked the comfortable room, and the breakfast that is included.
It fit our needs.
Very nice staff and comfortable room. Very nice breakfast and friendly server. excellent value.
The tub was very slippery and the tap was very difficult to turn on.
Nice and clean, front desk helpful.
The bathtub is extremly slippery. Very dangerous when you step in and the water for the shower is running.
When we checked in we ask if the outlet mall was to the left or right of the hotel, and the agent replied I think the right.. That is one of the biggest attractions there.
The bed was comfortable
The highway noise was extremely loud, I had to unplug the refrigerator because it was also very loud, Some of the front desk employees were grungy and looked very unprofessional,
The bed looked much more comfortable than it was, When we arrived the coffee thermoses were either empty or held cold coffee. One guest had problems checking in because there wasn't anyone at the desk. I told him that I saw the clerk helping an elderly man with his luggage.
The lobby was very attractive and had a tea and coffee bar.
Great quality for the price. The free breakfast exceeded our expectations of what a "free breakfast" would be. Room was clean and shower had awesome pressure! Very nice stay for our budget!
Location off highway and near plenty of restaurants. However, the actual entry into hotel was less than desirable. We had to circle around couple times before figuring out that only entry was through gas station parking lot.
It's not a luxury hotel, but it's got nice rooms and facilities for the price. I did like the breakfast bar and the coffee was good.
The entry to the parking lot was tricky.
All of the staff that I encountered during our stay were courteous and helpful. I lost a rhinestone snowflake broach the last day I was there.I Realized it was missing from my lapel hours after we checked out. I called and the person I spoke to actually went to my previous room to search for it. She alerted the housekeeping staff as well. She called me an hour or so later to give me the wonderful news that a member of the housekeeping staff found it on the 3rd floor carpet hallway! She left a message for the manager and he is placing it in today's outgoing mail to my home. This type of customer service is rare and greatly appreciated! Also, La Quinta is pet friendly. My daughter has a rescued, handicapped dog. One member of the staff went out of her way to speak kind words of encouragement concerning her joy of meeting the pets as well! Lastly, we had a total of 37 family members staying at this La Quinta. We were all in town for a wedding. Every paying adult appreciated the wonderful price of the rooms, the cleanliness, and inviting atmosphere to allow us to gather together & enjoy each other's company. Excellent hotel in everyday!!!!
I liked the breakfast and location.
After the stay I can say I do think it was a bit overpriced and the cable wasn't to good.
